I provide behind-the-camera consultation, and well as on-screen talent, for productions looking to legitimize their depiction of fly fishing.
I started working on commercial video projects when I was 16, and have a degree in film and television production and theory. Post-graduation, I provided production/consultation and doubling work for Robert Redford’s A River Runs Through It. After completing that film, I spent five years in the L.A. production scene working on A-list features, network television, and national commercials. Fly fishing featured in a number of projects, and I provided creative services on both sides of the camera.
As a result of my training and background, I understand real-world production needs at the highest level, and know what it takes to get shots that play well, but are also realistic in scope.
If you’re a producer confronted with fly fishing scenes in your motion picture, television show, or commercial, lets talk and see how we can work together.
